Cancellation/Liability

In case of illness before the beginning of a workshop, a doctor’s certificate must be presented. The paid fee will be transferred as a credit for the following year.

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer does not assume any liability for damages, injuries or personal losses. Insurances are not included.

Changes in the schedule, workshops, or instructors are not intentional but often unavoidable. There is no liability of the management for any inconvenience derived thereof.

The use of any recording device, or the taking of photographs in the event rooms during the workshops or the festival stage presentations is strictly prohibited without the permission of the management.
