Conditions of registration

Registration and Payment Deadline

The registration deadline is June 23^th, 2024. On the first and second day of the workshops, the remainder any workshop openings will be sold at the festival office in the “Rudolf-Oetker-Halle”, where further festival information is also available.

1. Registration and Reservation

Registration is available online: www.tanzfestival-bielefeld.de or by using the detachable registration card found in the workshop-programme. A registration in writing will reserve a workshop – there is no verification of a registration application. Registration does not automatically entitle participation. Shortly after registration, you will receive a bill with your personal reservation number, to be included along with your name when making the payment transfer transaction. Minors (under age 18) must have their registration signed by a parent or legal guardian; in the case of online registration, an informal declaration of permission in writing must be sent to the Kulturamt. With your registration, you agree that your personal data will be processed by the Kulturamt and by DanceArt Tanznetworks within the framework of the Tanzfestival. You also agree that the event organizer will take photographs and/or will film you during the festival, and you grant him the right to exploit and publish the material.

2. Payment and Binding Registration

After receiving the bill, the workshop fees must be paid in full within 7 days, using the designated bank account. Please include your reservation number! Registrations are binding only after the full payment of the workshop fees has been received. Please remember that bank transactions require time.

3. Confirmation and Registration Card

After receipt of payment, you will be sent your registration card within short period.

4. Changes and Cancellation

Changes of level within a course are for free. If you want to change a course after receiving your course card, the organizer reserves the right to charge a service fee of € 5,-.The previously issued registration pass must be returned.

If you need to cancel your participation, the organizer reserves the right to charge 30 % of the course fee for their expenses. Cancellations are only possible up to 4 weeks before the course’s beginning. If a course is overbooked, we will of course inform you immediately.
